How to report spam or phishing emails

Attach the spam message, ensuring that the original message headers remain intact, and send it to one of the following email addresses.

*The attachment must be created at recipient's email client to retain the original message headers.

Without the original message headers, we are unable to analyze your sample message.

 

Send false negatives (missed spam) to spam@access.ironport.com

Send marketing messages to ads@access.ironport.com

Send phishing messages to phish@access.ironport.com

 

Once the messages are submitted, you will not receive an automated response.

Be assured, that our analysts are inspecting your samples and updating the anti-spam rules.
